RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS POLICY

At EIN DESIGN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can return any eligible item within 14 days after delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags, labels, and accessories are still attached.

  • You have a valid order number or receipt.

1. Return Period

You may return an item within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 working days (please allow an additional 2–5 days for your bank to post the refund).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (via Stripe, Wise, or card).

  • If your original payment account is closed or expired, contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos where applicable. If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement and cover the return cost.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • In new, resaleable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order details

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods are worn, washed, damaged, or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law or EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. How to Return

UK Customers:
Use any tracked postal or courier service of your choice. Make sure your parcel includes:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

International Customers (Europe & Turkey):
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please email us before shipping for the correct returns address and customs declaration instructions.
Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs fees.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your parcel reaches us:

  • Inspection: within 10 business days

  • Refund: within 5–10 additional business days depending on your bank

We are not responsible for any bank processing fees that may apply.

7. Legal Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel the contract.
